Beth Fisher is an author, speaker, and transformational coach with a passion for helping others overcome adversity. With what she calls a “checkered resume,” Beth helps bridge the gap between making decisions based on what others expect and instead, living life remorselessly, based on who God created you to be. She is a passionate inspirer of people, especially those seeking to understand their true meaning and calling within their lives.
A leukemia-survivor and avid marathoner, Beth is also a business leader who spent over twenty-five years in corporate sales, leading thousands of people within some of the largest Fortune 500 companies to identify and execute process improvement. During the course of that career is when she finally recognized what she had truly been doing all along was teaching humans how to show up on their own personal process improvement journey.
Her strong business acumen, coupled with a deep desire to help others traverse difficult situations, is what led her to resign from the for-profit world and write her first published book, Remorseless: Learning to Lose Labels, Expectations, and Assumptions—Without Losing Yourself. She has since published a second book, a companion guide entitled, The Remorseless Workbook: A Journey to Losing Labels, Expectations, and Assumptions—And Finding Yourself.
Beth now serves as the Chief Advancement Officer for Mel Trotter Ministries, a non-profit that exists to demonstrate the compassion of Jesus for anyone experiencing hunger and homelessness. Bob Albin, CEO
Saturday Oct 30, 2021
Saturday Oct 30, 2021
Robert Lyle Albin was born on January 14, 1941 in El Centro, California. He grew up in rural Missouri where he attended high school in the small town of Clinton, then worked to pay his own way through college over a seven year period that encompassed studies at the University of Missouri, Central Missouri State University and Missouri Valley College, where he received a B.A. degree in History and Political Science in 1965.
Following college Albin married his high school and college sweetheart, Karen Keck, and moved to Denver where he began a long career in business. He had more than fifty years of executive business experience beginning with the founding, initially with six partners, of what would become a world-wide sales and management training firm, American Salesmasters, Ltd. The firm presented large sales rallies annually in thirty-five major cities throughout the United States, Canada and Australia featuring world-famous authors and speaker from the field of business. As the company expanded into eighteen countries around the world, the demand for American sales expertise led the company to also produce and market audio tapes, films and videos of America’s sales and management experts to clients from a variety of industries. Bob and Karen moved frequently while building the company, living in Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington, D.C. and Boston, but always considered Denver as their home.
Albin was retained as CEO of American Salesmasters after its sale to a public company in 1980 before leaving to launch a management consulting firm, Albin Management Consultants, in 1982. The new firm provided sales and management consulting expertise to a variety of organizations such as law firms, international accounting firms, construction companies, technology companies, financial services companies and professional sports franchises.
The firm was sold in 1995 to First Data Corp., then a Fortune 500 New York Stock Exchange company. Albin followed the acquisition to First Data where he was named division president for Domestic Retail Services, responsible for MoneyGram, a worldwide money transfer company, and American Express Money Orders. He later became President of First Data Payment Services and Chief Operating Officer of Western Union North America.
Albin is a recognized authority on sales and general management, and for most of his career was a paid professional speaker on these topics. He was a charter member of the National Speakers Association headquartered in Phoenix. Active in the Denver community throughout his career, Albin served on more than thirty boards of directors of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is a past chairman of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Mountain States Employers Council, the Mile High United Way Campaign, Junior Achievement of the Rocky Mountains and the Mayor’s Committee for Design of the New Denver Airport (DIA). Albin is a past national president of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta (widely known as “Fiji”) based in Lexington, Kentucky with undergraduate chapters at over 170 colleges and universities in the U.S. and Canada.
In 1978 Bob Albin initiated a study of Denver’s existing airport, Stapleton International, to determine the remaining life of the facility. This exhaustive study led to various economic and site location studies over the next few years regarding a potential replacement of the airport. A new site was ultimately chosen, approved by voters in the two affected counties, and Denver International Airport was to become the new Denver airport. Albin was named chairman of the design committee for the new facility, capping his seventeen years of volunteer leadership to make the airport a reality.
Albin and his wife, Karen, divide their time between homes in Denver and San Diego. He is a long-time member and past director of both Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver and Pauma Valley Country Club in the San Diego, California area.

Peter Burns, Serial Entrepreneur
Wednesday Sep 08, 2021
Wednesday Sep 08, 2021
About Peter J. Burns III
Peter J. Burns III is a serial entrepreneur, who has demonstrated time and time again that he has a keen eye for creating innovative businesses and partnerships.
Based today in Del Mar, California, Burns grew up in a well-established New England family in New Canaan, Connecticut. He was briefly educated at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School at West Point, the University of Virginia (UVa), and finally the Harvard Business School's Owners and Presidents Management Program. While his two younger brothers went on to have successful business careers, Burns chose the life of an entrepreneur.
Burns adds that his "official" career as an entrepreneur started as a result of his enrollment in an Entrepreneurship course at UVa's venerable McIntire School of Commerce. His business plan for that course was importing mopeds (motorized bikes) to the US from Europe and renting them to tourists at US resorts. “I executed my business plan on Nantucket after my class was over, made a small fortune and never looked back,” said Burns.
Burns started hundreds of businesses over the next two decades. He then moved to Arizona in the early 2000s and became a pro bono adjunct faculty member at the highly respected Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. In 2006, he took his teaching practice across town to Grand Canyon University and its entrepreneur-like founder Brent Richardson, where the two men would launch the nation’s first College of Entrepreneurship at GCU.
“The spark behind the college was ignited only a month ago by Peter Burns, a self-made millionaire who is teaching entrepreneur education classes at Arizona State University's Barrett Honors College,” according to the Phoenix Business Journal. “Burns met with GCU Chief Executive Brent Richardson after, Burns says, ASU and its business school weren't interested in forming a program specifically targeting entrepreneurs.”
In recognition of his work, Burns was honored by the Arizona chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America its Businessperson of the Year in 2007.
Shortly thereafter, he started Club Entrepreneur as a way to bring entrepreneurs together in an “open-source entrepreneurship” platform. The Phoenix chapter attracted 10,000 members.
In 2016, Burns moved to the West Coast and started Burns Funding as a way to help entrepreneurs secure hard-to-get funding for their businesses.
Burns is the father of two daughters and four granddaughters, which he credits as an influence for his latest or most innovative venture – Millennial Queenmaker, an emerging company that helps young women become successful entrepreneurs.

Steve Vannoy, The 10 Greatest Gifts Project
Wednesday Sep 08, 2021
Wednesday Sep 08, 2021
Steve’s Nebraska farming roots are deep. He still gets giddy when it rains. And when it hails, he doesn’t worry about his car, he worries about the wheat.
Over the 50 years of his career, he’s held many positions, Divisional Sales Manager for Rockmount Research and Alloys. VP of Marketing and Sales for Nemdaco. He’s also founded many companies including Vannoy Talent, Verus Global, and The 10 Greatest Gifts Project. These companies have given him nearly five decades of in-depth experience in selecting, training, certifying, and coaching successful presenters, and well as in building solid, successful organizations.
Steven has written seven books, five have been published. The central theme of all five is the leadership it takes to build healthy and productive families and organizations.
He’s has a few hobbies that he’s crazy about, namely writing and performing music, backpacking and canoeing, gardening, and exploring our world. Steven is married to the world’s greatest first-grade teacher, now retired. She is also his best friend and the best decision he’s have ever made!
In 1993, Mr. Vannoy wrote a book called The 10 Greatest Gifts I Give My Children based on his personal parenting journey and the journeys of other parents. He approached many top publishers to get the book into the hands of other parents. After countless rejections, he self-published the book. Because of strong reviews and strong word of mouth, the book quickly climbed to the top five best-sellers in Colorado. Before long, those same publishers entered into a bidding war to republish it. Steven chose Simon and Schuster, and it quickly became one of their all-time best-selling parenting books.
Steven became one of the most sought-after speakers for various associations and organizations, such as the National School Counselors Association, National Pediatrics Association, National Housing Authorities Directors, and hundreds of school districts who used his program for teacher in-service days. He also held open seminars for parents and grandparents who saw the value in the tools discussed in his book.
Other parenting books are often written by referencing experts and clinical research in the field. The distinction of The 10 Greatest Gifts I Give My Children is that it goes to the source of parenting: parents and grandparents in the trenches. This book was created not only by Steven’s personal experiences in transformative parenting but also by the valuable information he gleaned from over 400 focus groups and thousands of family interviews. Many of these accounts appear in the book, prompting parents to learn from each other.
Not long after the rise in the demand for his speaking engagements, a former participant asked Steven, “Your book saved my family. Do you have anything that will help my corporation? “Knowing that these tools had a transformative effect on adults, Steven started a company called Pathways to Leadership to teach the tools for corporate leadership. Its mission continues today — engaging organizations who want to see their employees work and morale soar. Many Fortune 100 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Ford Motors, and many others have adopted the wellness concepts of Verus Global as their primary leadership approach.
In 2018 Steven Vannoy founded and became the Executive Director of our new nonprofit The 10 Greatest Gifts Project. Mr. Vannoy and many of our team members had retired and literally sailed off into the sunset. Others were already busy with new careers or serving at other nonprofits. The one thing they all have in common? A deep belief that building healthy families is the number one thing we can do to build our healthy future. A belief so strong that they all shifted their priorities and schedules.
Our team knew they had to create a new business model. The Verus Global model is very effective at uplifting families and organizations but in very small quantities. Not impacting the 50 million-plus people The 10 Greatest Gifts Project aspires to impact. Our team knew a new approach had to be pioneered. In the next 10 years, The 10 Greatest Gifts project will train, certify and coach 1000 dedicated presenters delivering a transformational program that will soon be uplifting over one million family members per year. These family members will then utilize a one-of-a-kind, entertaining app that will support their continuing mastery and usage of the 10 Greatest Gifts tools and concepts… mastery that will lead to their children growing up with priceless character and qualities and values.
The 10 Greatest Gifts Project aims to gift parents and grandparents with these valuable tools and continue a deep connection so that these concepts become second nature. We desire to see people so excited about the tools they gain, they’re eager to share them with their friends and family!

Saturday Jul 31, 2021

Kathy is the Integrator at Radial Inc and, quite frankly, one of the main reasons our software brand Traction® Tools took flight. After joining forces with Todd Smart as his executive assistant in 2013, she helped catapult Smart Partners, Inc. into a thriving entrepreneurial company. By that time, Kathy’s love affair with EOS® was a done deal. A few years later when the saucy little startup Traction Tools appeared on the EOS scene, Kathy switched gears and focused her attention on making Traction Tools an operational success. Her work at Traction Tools has been described by our Visionary as “akin to transforming an airplane into a rocket ship—mid-flight.” She harnessed and directed our energy toward rapid growth, as she's continued to do with each new venture we've launched.
